Building Drafter 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Produce architectural project plans on ArchiCAD (pre-project plans, building permits, execution plans, technical details, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Participate in the development of technical and aesthetic solutions
• Ensure the updating and management of technical documents

Profile

• Hold a CFC as a building drafter
• Demonstrate a successful experience of a minimum of 3 years in a similar position
• Perfectly master ArchiCAD
• Work autonomously while promoting team spirit
• Demonstrate rigor, excellent organization, and great attention to detail, even under pressure
• Communicate easily in French in a professional setting
