Polymechanic - CNC Production with 5-axis milling

Activity

• Program 5-axis milling machine with Siemens control
• Independently set up and run in the machine
• Take over turning operations on Heidenhain-controlled lathe
• Continuously monitor and secure ongoing production
• Provide practical guidance and technical support to apprentices

Requirements

• Apprenticeship as Polymechanic or Polymechanic or CNC Mechanic or CNC Mechanic
• Experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines and Siemens controls
• Knowledge of CNC lathes with Heidenhain control as a plus
• Independent way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Willingness for the function as a vocational trainer
