Senior Service Technician CNC Machines (m/f/d)

Our client is a small, flexible company in the machine tool sector with an experienced team and short decision-making paths. The location in the Sursee region offers a quiet working environment with good accessibility. Your Tasks

• Leading and promoting employees in service and assembly
• Identifying causes of machine failures and determining appropriate measures
• Repairing and commissioning machines in the in-house workshop
• Planning and preparing service assignments as well as machine overhauls
• Performing repairs and commissioning at customer sites

Your Profile

• Technical training (EFZ), such as as an automation technician, mechatronics technician, electromechanical technician or polymechanic, or an equivalent training
• Practical experience in handling machine controls, ideally from Heidenhain or Siemens
• Structured and analytical approach to troubleshooting
• Initial leadership experience or the willingness to grow into a leading role
• Friendly and professional appearance towards customers
• Open-minded, communicative personality with team spirit, commitment and quick comprehension
• German: proficient (C2)
