For our customer, an internationally active company in the field of industrial manufacturing and automation, we are looking for an experienced

Tool Grinder (m/f/d) ###

immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks ###

• Grinding and manufacturing of special and prototype thread tools
• Programming, setup and optimization of CNC grinding machines and other CNC systems
• Execution and documentation of manufacturing trials
• First-piece and process inspections with modern measuring systems
• Monitoring and optimization of manufacturing processes
• Machine maintenance as well as production of prototypes
• Creation of technical documentation and support in the induction of new employees

Your profile ###

• Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic or comparable technical training
• Several years of experience with CNC machines, ideally in grinding technology
• Knowledge of CNC controls such as Siemens, Fanuc or Mitsubishi
• Confident reading of technical drawings
• Experience in quality inspection and in handling measuring tools
• Independent, precise and reliable way of working
• Good MS-Office knowledge, SAP an advantage
