Polymechanic / CNC Turner 100%

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for a reliable specialist as a Polymechanic / CNC Turner 100%. In this role, you are responsible for the setup and operation of modern CNC systems as well as for ensuring a constantly high product quality. You contribute actively to the optimization of processes and to the stability of production.

Tasks

• Setting up, programming and operating CNC turning machines (short and long turning)
• Carrying out quality inspections including first article as well as intermediate and final inspections
• Ensuring a stable and interference-free production process
• Participation in process optimizations and Lean initiatives
• Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on machines and systems
• Support in internal improvement projects

Profile

• Completed training as a Polymechanic or Precision Mechanic
• Several years of experience in CNC manufacturing
• Knowledge of Lean methods is an advantage
• Independent, structured and team-oriented way of working
• High level of commitment, flexibility and technical understanding
• Willingness to work shifts (2-3 shifts) as well as on-call duty
• Very good German skills
