The company, based in the Region Luzern, realizes demanding projects made of metal, glass and wood. The orders range from complex special constructions to high-quality series assemblies. To strengthen the assembly team, we are urgently looking for an experienced leadership personality as Assembly Manager 100% per immediately or by arrangement. Job Description In this function as assembly construction manager, you are responsible for the organization and management of the assemblies on the construction site. - You plan the deployment of personnel and coordinate internal and external participants. - You keep deadlines, costs and quality under control at all times. - You participate in construction meetings and represent the company towards construction management and clients. - You accompany the acceptance of the performed work in a professional and structured manner. - As a central contact person, you are available to assemblers, customers and the management. - You consistently ensure compliance with safety regulations. - You actively contribute improvements in workflows and processes. Hans Eugster 058 300 71 27 Requirement Profile - You have completed training as a Metallbauer EFZ. - Alternatively, you have a comparable technical or manual basic training. - Several years of experience in the construction assembly sector is mandatory. - Ideally, you have already worked as a chief assembler, foreman, construction manager or site manager. - You work in an organized manner and assert yourself without straining cooperation. - Initiative, reliability and an independent way of working are a matter of course for you. - Flexibility and resilience round off your profile. - You possess a driving license category B. - Very good German skills in speaking and writing are required. - You are familiar with using MS Office. - Commercial further training is an advantage.
