In this versatile role, you will undertake the following activities:

• Maintenance work in the area of HVACSE
• Repairs to HVACSE systems
• You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding the maintenance and care of building technical systems
• Coordination of various service provisions
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Analysis and rectification of malfunctions, ensuring system availability
• Support with general tasks in building maintenance
• On-call service assignments

You are a service provider by conviction. Positive feedback motivates you and spurs you on to further top performance. You bring the following requirements:

• Basic technical training in the area of HVACSE
• Professional experience with HVACSE systems and in maintenance
• Good IT user knowledge
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language
• Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
• Enjoyment of exchange with various customers/suppliers
• Independent way of working and organization
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Participation in on-call service
• Possession of a valid driving license Cat. B
