Your task

• Independent organization and coordination of construction sites in civil engineering
• Technical and personnel leadership of the construction site team
• Planning and coordination of daily work processes
• Ensuring professional, high-quality execution
• Coordination and cooperation with construction management, clients, and other project participants
• Monitoring of deadlines, work progress, and material requirements
• Digital reporting as well as support with material ordering
• Compliance with specifications for occupational safety and health protection
• Active participation on the construction site

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the main construction industry
• Further training as a foreman / polier is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in civil engineering, ideally in a comparable function
• Experience in the leadership and coordination of employees
• Responsible and communicative personality
• Independent, reliable, and precise way of working
• Organizational talent and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Driver's license category B
• Very good German language skills
