• Co-responsible for the measurement, control, regulation, and monitoring technology of the technical systems
• Maintain, repair, and operate complex building and facility technology systems
• Execute maintenance and order planning
• Perform fault rectification and optimization work
• Implement small repairs and measures to prevent operational failures, malfunctions, and damage of all kinds

What makes you unique

• Completed training in a technical field of building technology with NIV 15 follow-up permit
• Specialist knowledge in the field of building technology with experience in the application of building automation systems
• Problem- and solution-oriented; independent, socially competent, discreet, pleasant manners
• User knowledge in administration and informatics (e.g., MS-Office, building automation systems); driving license Cat. B; willing to perform on-call service
• Oral knowledge of a second official language
