Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a temporary or permanent position with more than 3 years of experience as a Metal Construction Production and Assembly Manager

Your challenge:

As head fitter, you take responsibility for the professional assembly of our metal construction projects on the construction site.
You coordinate the processes on-site, lead your assembly team, and ensure that deadlines, quality, and safety specifications are met.
In doing so, you work closely with project management, customers, and other craftsmen and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
Your tasks also include the independent organization of the assembly work as well as active cooperation on the construction site.

What you bring with you:

You have completed training in metal construction and bring experience in assembly as well as ideally in a leadership role.
You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented and enjoy taking responsibility.
A professional appearance towards customers and employees is a matter of course for you.
In addition, you are a team player, resilient, and possess a category B driver's license.
