Civil Engineering or Building Technician 100% Permanent (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Perform technical studies and prepare tender documents
• Ensure administrative follow-up of projects (documents, files, correspondence)
• Coordinate and monitor construction sites from the preparation phase to completion
• Ensure compliance with standards, deadlines, and costs
• Control the quality of work executed on site
• Actively participate in site meetings and ensure the follow-up of decisions
• Perform measurements and contribute to the optimization of resources

Profile

• Diploma as a technician in civil engineering, building or training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience in a similar position in Switzerland
• Good organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Autonomy, rigor and analytical spirit
• Comfortable with IT tools and CAD software
• Driving license indispensable
