Who are we? ###

Roger Seematter SA is a Swiss SME specializing in the sale, installation, maintenance, and repair of professional equipment intended mainly for the hospital hygiene and laundry sectors.

In order to strengthen our technical team, we are looking for an experienced and autonomous after-sales service technician, residing in the Lausanne region, to intervene mainly in the canton of Vaud and the surrounding regions.

Depending on service needs and operational imperatives, interventions may occasionally extend to the whole of French-speaking Switzerland.

Your missions ###

• Ensure the troubleshooting, servicing, and preventive maintenance of our professional equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out the necessary repairs.
• Proceed with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Advise customers on the use and maintenance of their installations.
• Write intervention reports and ensure the follow-up of work performed.
• Participate in the on-call service according to the established schedule.
• Ensure interventions mainly in the canton of Vaud and the surrounding regions, with possible occasional travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland.

Your profile ###

• Completed technical training (CFC as an electromechanic, automation technician, electrician, mechanic, or training deemed equivalent).
• Confirmed experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of electromechanical equipment.
• Good knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and fault finding.
• Ability to work in an autonomous and organized manner.
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and customer orientation.
• Good command of French, both spoken and written.
• Category B driving license indispensable.
• Residence must imperatively be located in the Lausanne region or immediate vicinity.

Experience in the field of professional laundry equipment is an asset, but not indispensable.
