Polymechaniker/-in EFZ 80-100%

For a successful and modernly positioned industrial company, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Polymechaniker/in EFZ. You bring sound experience in CNC manufacturing, work independently, and like to take on responsibility. Prospectively, you also have the opportunity to take on an important role in the training of the next generation of specialists.

Your tasks

• Independent setup, operation, and optimization of modern CNC machining centers
• Manufacturing of precision parts according to technical drawings and quality specifications
• Monitoring and ensuring a stable and efficient production process
• Carrying out tool changes as well as measuring and testing work
• Rectifying minor malfunctions and performing maintenance work on the systems
• Active participation in process improvements and optimizations
• Step-by-step assumption of responsibility in the supervision and training of apprentices

Your profile

• Completed training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in CNC machining and mechanical manufacturing
• Very good understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing processes
• High quality orientation as well as a precise and clean way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Vocational trainer certificate (Berufsbildnerausweis) is an advantage, but not a requirement
