• Perform repair, diagnosis, and adjustment work on engines, transmission groups, brakes, steering, chassis, complete subgroups, and on safety and comfort electronics
• Examine and repair defects as well as perform repairs on special and wheeled vehicles
• Perform maintenance and scheduled work on special and wheeled vehicles
• Provide technical support during the collection and return of material regarding driving safety, accident prevention, maintenance and cleaning, as well as vehicle inventory within your scope
• Record fault reports and spare parts in the SAP system
• Assist military personnel (mil)

What distinguishes you

• Professional training as an automotive mechatronics technician AFC with a specialization in commercial vehicles or a related profession
• Driving licenses for categories C and CE and a forklift license recognized by SUVA
• Ability to work independently and quickly as well as good organizational skills
• Good ability to assimilate technical connections and analytical skills
• Strong sense of service in contact and consultation with customers, for example, the troops

The Swiss Army Logistics Base (BLEs) is available to the troops. It provides all logistic services for the Swiss Army and, with its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, manages the material, systems, and infrastructure of the Swiss Army.
