Automotive Mechatronics Technician

Introduction

Sarfraah GmbH is the importer and distributor of BAIC & GAC automobiles in Switzerland. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician.

Tasks

• Carrying out maintenance, service, and repair work on vehicles
• Analyzing and rectifying mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
• Performing diagnostic work with modern testing and diagnostic systems
• Carrying out quality controls and functional tests
• Preparing vehicles for inspections and deliveries
• Documenting the work performed and spare parts used
• Supporting the team with technical clarifications and general workshop work
• Supporting B2B dealer partners in rectifying technical problems
• Conducting technical training for our dealers
• Acquiring new technologies to support our new models.

Requirements

• Completed training as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in a workshop, ideally with experience in vehicle diagnostics
• Good knowledge of mechanics, electrics, and vehicle electronics
• Independent, careful, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, and enjoyment of technical challenges
• Driving license category B
• Good German skills; further language skills are an advantage
