Your area of responsibility

Operating CNC machines: Autonomous setup, loading, and use of modern CNC machining centers.

• Heidenhain control: Optimization and adaptation of CNC programs directly on the Heidenhain control.
• Quality control: Continuous inspection of manufactured parts using common measuring instruments in accordance with drawing specifications.
• Maintenance & upkeep: Carrying out simple maintenance and cleaning work on the production facilities.
• Process optimization: Active participation in the improvement of manufacturing processes and tool utilization.

Your profile

Training: Successfully completed apprenticeship as a CFC production mechanic, CFC polymechanic, or equivalent training in the field of manufacturing.

• Experience: Solid professional experience in CNC milling technology and subtractive manufacturing.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in Heidenhain controls as well as routine in reading technical drawings.
• Working method: Precise, quality-oriented, and autonomous way of working as well as a pronounced technical understanding.
• Flexibility: Availability to work in a 2-shift team.
• Languages: Good knowledge of German, both spoken and written.
