HVAC Technician 100% Permanent (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary (HVAC) installations
• Control the proper functioning of technical installations and guarantee their performance
• Diagnose faults and intervene quickly in order to ensure the continuity of the installations
• Optimize settings and control loops of HVAC equipment
• Carry out measurement campaigns, hydraulic and aerofoil balancing
• Coordinate interventions of external companies and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of small technical projects as well as the supply of necessary material
• Provide technical on-call service according to the schedule established with the team

Profile

• CFC as a heating or sanitary installer, ideally completed by a Federal Diploma of Higher Education (ES) in building technology or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in the maintenance of HVAC installations, ideally on complex industrial or technical sites
• Mastery of Centralized Technical Management systems (GTC/MCR) and usual IT tools
• Solid skills in diagnosis, maintenance, and optimization of technical installations
• Autonomous, rigorous person capable of managing priorities effectively
• Excellent team spirit, sense of service, and good communication skills
• Available to participate in the on-call service according to the team rotation
