We are looking for one of our clients in the watchmaking sector, based in Geneva, for several:

Precision Mechanics to occupy positions as CNC Lathe Setters

Job description
--------------------

• Changeovers of series, setting of collets and tooling, dimension fine-tuning, and startup of Index, Traub, Benzinger Bi-Spindle Bi-Turret or Tri-Turret CNC Lathes
• Machining and inspection of manufactured parts: Frames, movements, bezels in steel, titanium or precious materials.
• Precise inspections with traditional workshop inspection tools, 3D inspection and optical inspection depending on the parts.
• First-level maintenance.
• Shift work 2x8 or 3x8

Profile sought
-----------------

• Have a CFC-type training in polymechanics or CFC in micromecanics, BAC Professionnel or BTS in Productique
• Have had a first successful experience in the mechanical industry in Switzerland, ideally in the field of Watchmaking.
• Basic knowledge of grinding would be a plus.
• Excellent knowledge in reading blueprints.
• Good knowledge in the use of inspection tools including digital inspection tools.
• Have a good mechanical technical sense to find quick and efficient solutions.
• Be comfortable with IT tools for production monitoring.
• Good vision to respect visual inspections of manufactured parts.
• Team spirit and cohesion.
