For our client in the Lugano area, we are looking for a Construction Site Technician immediately

Job description

• Support for the management and organization of the construction site
• Coordination of the workforce and operational activities
• Monitoring of work progress and compliance with timelines
• Verification of the correct execution of works according to the project
• Site accounting and management of materials
• Relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and site management
• Technical inspections and site surveys
• Support for compliance with safety regulations
• Operational activities on site when necessary

Profile sought

• Diploma in Surveying and/or Degree in Engineering/Architecture (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience in construction sites
• Good knowledge of construction processes
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attitude towards teamwork
• Driver's license B
• Availability to travel to construction sites
