Finishing (M/F) – Polishing & Finishing

Your mission:

Do you master the art of finishing and have an eye for the smallest detail?
Put your expertise to work for watchmaking components requiring an irreproachable level of quality!

Your missions

• Perform polishing, brightening, and satin finishing operations on watchmaking components.
• Guarantee the aesthetic and dimensional quality of the produced parts.
• Identify surface defects and perform the necessary rework.
• Rigorously apply manufacturing ranges and ensure the IT monitoring of production.

Your profile:

Indispensable prerequisites

• Minimum 3 years of experience in polishing, brightening, or finishing of watchmaking casing components.
• Training as a polisher, AFP in manual finishing or equivalent expertise acquired through experience.
• Confirmed experience in an industrial environment.

Your professional skills

• Mastery of polishing, brightening, and manual finishing techniques.
• Excellent dexterity and very good visual acuity.
• Ability to detect defects and guarantee surface states compliant with quality requirements.
• Autonomy in the application of procedures and the control of your production.
