Construction Machine Operator (m/f/d)

Your Job ##

• Safe and professional operation of modern construction machinery and excavation equipment
• Operation of crawler and mobile excavators from 5 to 25 tons, dumpers, and tandem rollers
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations in the railway area
• Close cooperation with site management, security personnel, and construction site teams
• Ensuring the transport readiness of the overall system according to specifications and in compliance with the 4-eyes principle
• Execution of overhauls during the winter months at the maintenance sites of the Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group
• Active collaboration and support of the machine team on the construction site
• Careful and responsible handling of machines and work equipment
• Correct and timely recording of the work performed in the reporting system

Your Profile ##

• Technical understanding and hydraulic as well as electrical affinity
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Resilience, overview, and pragmatic solution orientation
• High safety awareness and physical resilience
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, and enjoyment of collaboration
• Readiness for day, night, and weekend shifts
• Driving license category B mandatory, M1 and M2 an advantage
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
