• Preparation of vehicle surfaces by sanding, priming and filling to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Mixing and adjusting colors to achieve the exact shade for repairs or new paint jobs
• Professional application of paints using spray guns to achieve even and smooth surfaces
• Painting of vehicle bodies taking into account quality standards and customer specifications.
• Carrying out color and paint controls to ensure that the desired shade and quality are achieved
• Compliance with environmental and safety regulations during the painting process
• Documentation of the work carried out and maintenance of records regarding colors and materials used
• Cooperation with other specialist departments and team members to ensure a smooth flow of the repair and painting processes

Requirements:

• Completed training as a car body painter or comparable qualification
• Proven professional experience in vehicle painting
• Specialist knowledge in paint preparation, color mixing and application of paints
• Precision and care in work to achieve high-quality results
• Understanding of color harmony and aesthetics
• Knowledge of environmental protection guidelines and safety standards related to painting work
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic work environment
• Willingness for further training and adaptation to new painting technologies
