Our customer requests

• Completed training as an plant and apparatus builder or a comparable technical training
• Alternatively, many years of practical experience in forming as well as in programming individual and serial items
• Experience in press braking and a good understanding of modern sheet metal processing
• Leadership experience or the motivation to take the next step into a team leader function
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Programming knowledge with Trumpf Boost is an advantage
• A team-oriented, helpful, and communicative personality
• An independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working

• You coordinate the holiday and absence planning within your team
• You ensure the on-time and qualitatively flawless execution of orders
• You support your employees with technical questions
• You program and operate modern Trumpf press brakes
• You work actively in production and thereby stay close to day-to-day business
• You recognize potential for improvement and continuously develop processes together with your team
• You take responsibility for an important production area and can actively contribute your ideas
