• Calculation, acquisition, schedule and quality control, AVOR, cost monitoring and billing
• Site-specific employee leadership and support
• Independent, economic and technical management of demanding construction projects
• Competent contact person for clients and business partners

Your profile

• You have a completed basic technical training with further training as a Construction Manager, Master Builder, Technician HF or Engineer
• Road or structural engineering foreman with ambitions for further training
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting is a matter of course for you
• You possess a high sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• MS-Office as well as SOBRA knowledge is an advantage
• You bring strong social competence and negotiation skills
• You are reliable, a team player, resilient, organized and flexible
