Construction Manager

For an established company in the field of planning, project development and construction management, we are looking for a committed individual to strengthen the team. A varied field of activity with exciting construction projects and short decision-making paths awaits you.

Tasks

• Management and coordination of construction sites regarding costs, quality and deadlines
• Management of contractors, planners and other project participants
• On-site construction management and monitoring of execution
• Execution of acceptances, handovers and warranty work
• Support or assumption of project management tasks
• Ongoing reporting to the project managers

Profile

• dipl. Bauleiter:in HFP or Zeichner:in EFZ Architektur with several years of construction management experience
• Experience in structural engineering as well as good understanding of plans and costs
• Knowledge of the relevant norms and regulations
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
