Introduction

As a foreman painting, you will take on a responsible role in the management and coordination of painting projects. You will work closely with an experienced team and contribute significantly to the successful implementation of the projects. If you have sound knowledge in the painting trade and enjoy taking on responsibility, then this position is just right for you.

Tasks

• Management and coordination of painting projects with a team of specialists
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines
• Planning and organization of work processes on the construction site
• Communication with customers to clarify requirements and wishes
• Monitoring material stocks and ordering as needed

Profile

• Completed training in the painting trade or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a leadership position in the painting sector
• Strong leadership qualities and communication skills
• Good organizational skills and independent way of working
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written
