What you can achieve
– You lead the production group together with the team leadership and support 14 employees in a protected workplace
– You set up conventional and CNC machines and program them
– You assess the quality of work, conduct assessments as well as progress protocols and lead group meetings
– You ensure economical, timely and quality-compliant processing of customer orders
– You manufacture technical wooden parts, promotional gifts/small furniture and perform industrial serial work
– You create templates and aids
– You look after the in-house production line «STEIN MADE» technically and develop the assortment further
– You ensure compliance with occupational safety

What you bring with you:
– Completed training as Schreiner/in EFZ and several years of professional experience
– Experience in AVOR (advantage: Vectorworks)
– Knowledge in the operation of CNC machines or willingness to learn this
– Enjoyment in working with people with support needs
– An agogic further education or the willingness to complete it
– Very good MS-Office skills
