For our client, we are looking for a committed individual for maintenance who likes to roll up their sleeves, finds solutions, and is flexible to work at two locations. Your area of activity includes the production sites in Lichtensteig and Jona, which means a varied working day with different plants, tasks, and technical challenges awaits you.

Our client requests

• Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or a comparable technical training
• Experience in the maintenance of industrial plants, ideally in the area of presses
• Readiness and flexibility for regular assignments at the locations Lichtensteig and Jona
• Good knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Basic knowledge of electricity and PLC are an advantage
• Strong technical understanding and enjoyment of systematic troubleshooting
• Independent, reliable, and practice-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team as well as a solution-oriented and committed personality

• Maintenance and upkeep of modern production plants at the locations Lichtensteig and Jona
• Regular assignment at both locations according to operational requirements
• Care of presses, peripheral devices, and automation
• Analysis and rectification of malfunctions in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity
• Ensuring high availability of the production plants
• Execution of preventive maintenance and repair work
• Collaboration in technical optimizations and conversions
• Support in investment and modernization projects
• Active co-design of improvements on the shop floor in the sense of the continuous improvement process
• Close cooperation with production, technology, and other internal specialist departments at both locations
