For a modern large-scale timber construction site in Baar in the Canton Zug, we are looking for several carpenters EFZ and woodworkers EBA starting from 5 October 2026 or by arrangement. The new construction project is one of the larger timber construction projects in the Zug region and will be realized in several construction stages. You can expect varied work in the assembly of timber construction elements, in interior fit-out as well as on the timber facade.

The long-term temporary assignment is expected to last until at least spring 2027 and offers you secure employment during the winter months.

• Assembly of prefabricated timber construction elements
• Erecting timber structures
• Carrying out general carpentry work
• Assembly of wall, ceiling and roof elements
• Work in timber construction and timber element construction
• Interior fit-out work
• Assembly of timber facades and facade cladding
• Carrying out connection and finishing work
• Working according to construction and assembly plans
• Independent execution of assigned tasks
• Cooperation with the existing timber construction team
• Compliance with safety and quality regulations

We expect ##

• Completed vocational training as Carpenter EFZ, Carpenter EFZ (female), Woodworker EBA or Woodworker EBA (female)
• Motivated recent graduates from timber construction are also welcome
• Experience in element construction, interior fit-out or facade construction is an advantage
• You can read plans and execute work professionally
• Independent, reliable and clean way of working
• Good oral German skills
• Physical fitness and manual dexterity
• Teamwork skills, motivation and sense of responsibility
• Driving license category B is an advantage
• Place of residence ideally in the region of Baar, Zug, Luzern, Schwyz or surroundings as well as the Sursee region, as the customer comes from this region
• You can start from 5 October 2026 or by arrangement
