Are you passionate about precision machining and do you master CNC programming?
Do you wish to put your expertise at the service of a demanding watchmaking environment, where every detail counts? For one of our clients active in the watchmaking field, we are looking for a CNC Programmer - 3 to 4 axis Milling (M/F) as part of a temporary mission.
Your missions
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you intervene at the heart of production and take charge of the programming as well as the setup of CNC machines.
On a daily basis, your responsibilities will be the following:

• Program 3 and 4 axis CNC milling machines and prepare manufacturing files.
• Perform setups, adjustments and production launches.
• Ensure monitoring of machining operations and ensure the conformity of the produced parts.
• Perform the necessary controls and guarantee the traceability of manufacturing data.
• Analyze technical problems encountered in production and provide the necessary corrections.
• Participate in the optimization of programs, machining processes and working methods.
• Collaborate closely with the production, methods, quality and industrialization teams in order to evolve practices and technical documentation.

Job requirement:
Your profile

• You hold a CFC in polymechanic, micromecanic or an equivalent training.
• You possess confirmed experience in programming and setting up CNC milling machines.
• You have a good mastery of reading plans and control methods.
• You know the requirements related to high precision machining, ideally in the watchmaking sector.
• You are comfortable with IT tools and the monitoring of production data.
• Autonomous, precise and rigorous, you have a sense of detail and a good analytical mind.
• You enjoy teamwork and know how to communicate with different interlocutors.
• You speak French fluently.
