For our customer, based in Goldach, we are looking for a Polymechanic (m/f) immediately. The position is a direct permanent employment with our customer. The support and placement, as well as all our other services, are free of charge for you as an applicant.

Your activity ###

Disciplinary and technical leadership of the employees of an assembly team
Ensure regular information & communication within the team
Resource planning of employees as well as responsibility for personnel requirements
Ensure parts supply for assembly
Ensure assembly process and monitoring of assembly with regard to quality, deadline, and time specifications
Proactive key figures regarding efficiency, quality, WIP as well as updating the daily situation on the Shopfloor Management Board

Your profile ###

Head of Final Assembly (a) sought
Vocational training as Polymechanic, Designer, Automation Technician
Further education at HF or FH in production planning, processes, project management, or technology
Several years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry in mechanical and plant engineering
At least 5 years of experience in leadership

Knowledge ###

Lean and Change-Management Tools
Skills in the areas of communication, conflict management, and interpersonal relationships
