Team Leader – Technical Reference in Joinery (M/F)

Your main missions
------------------------

In close coordination with the Production Manager, you guarantee the quality, productivity and monitoring of workshop flows:

• Workshop management: Implement the production schedule and ensure the regular progress of projects.
• Technical support: Be the technical reference for a team of 12 to 18 joiners on the manufacture of new windows (all wood, wood-metal, or traditional).
• Quality & Standards: Ensure quality controls, monitoring of standards and strict compliance with safety instructions, methods and schedules.
• Management & Transmission: Welcome and train new employees, maintain a positive and benevolent social climate.
• Continuous improvement: Actively participate in sessions to optimize manufacturing processes.

The profile sought

• Experience: Experienced workshop joiner with at least 5 years of experience in production.
• Management: Significant experience in supervising a workshop team is essential.
• Field: Specific experience in window manufacturing constitutes a major asset.
• Soft skills: You are proactive, flexible and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills. You like to transmit your passion for the trade.
