What do a bus and a train need to move? Electricity, hydrogen, or fuel, certainly. But above all, you and the other 1'500 employees of TPF!

Your apprenticeship within TPF is the dream opportunity to discover the behind-the-scenes of public transport. As part of your 4-year curriculum, you will have the opportunity to explore the different activities of an automobile mechatronics technician (inspection, maintenance, problem identification, repair on different types of heavy vehicles) and you too will contribute to the mobility of millions of travelers each year across the entire TPF network.

Throughout your training, you will work 3 to 4 days per week and attend professional classes at a rate of 1 or 2 days per week. Inter-company courses in the form of modules lasting 1 to 2 weeks will take place every year.

Your profession will be practiced mainly indoors, in a maintenance workshop, but sometimes outdoors during breakdowns. As a rule, your working schedule will be regular. We will offer you your category C driving license and you will discover future technologies such as electric and gas vehicles.

• You have passed the aptitude test for automotive trades organized by the UPSA

• You search for and diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic faults and malfunctions using computer tools

• You program various electronic control units
