Watch Decoration Operator M/F

The decoration trades operator ensures the performance of various and diverse operations such as diamond cutting, washing, deburring, sandblasting, satin finishing, perlage, sunray finishing, and paint removal.

The decoration trades sector requires versatility and good dexterity to perform several operations that allow for the finishing of movement and casing components. The operator is responsible for respecting cadences and daily priorities according to the schedule created by the production manager. The operator also has a responsibility towards maintaining established manufacturing processes. They warn of deviations and propose process improvements.

Series production (80% - Priority 1)

• Ensure compliance with current manufacturing processes.
• Validate and create workstation instructions if necessary.
• Inform their direct supervisor in case of process deviation.
• Validate routing times during component series currently undergoing industrialization.
• Ensure self-inspection of parts from their own production according to defined Quality criteria.
• Respect control frequencies according to defined Quality standards.
• Respect daily cadences and priorities.
• Perform clocking of manufacturing order operations.
• Participate in morning routines.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation.
• Ensure 1st level maintenance for certain equipment
