Car body painter

The employer is looking for a:

Car body painter (reported profession)

Tasks:

• prepare car body surfaces before painting
• perform sanding, filling, and smoothing operations
• prepare and mix paints according to the required shades
• apply undercoats, primers, paints, and clear coats using the appropriate equipment
• perform touch-ups and finishes to ensure an optimal aesthetic result
• check the quality of the work performed and correct any imperfections
• correctly use spray guns, spray booths, and professional tools
• keep tools and their own workstation clean and tidy

Requirements:

• previous experience as a car body painter
• knowledge of motor vehicle preparation and painting techniques
• good manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail
• ability to use professional tools, products, and equipment
• knowledge of the materials and products used in the painting process
• ability to work independently and in collaboration with the team of car body repairers

-seriousness, reliability, punctuality and sense of responsibility

Preferred requirements:

• diploma or professional qualification in the automotive sector
• experience in car body shops or centers specialized in motor vehicle repair
• knowledge of polishing, touch-up, and finishing techniques
• ability to organize work in compliance with delivery times
• availability to update oneself on new techniques and painting products
