For our client, a leading company in the field of radio frequency technology, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality as an Assembly Worker RF CAY / COM, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your Tasks

• Assembly & Production: Professional assembly and production of high-quality components and products in the RF (radio frequency) CAY / COM area strictly according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Quality Assurance & Control: Consistent ensuring of the required quality standards during the entire production process as well as independent performance of visual, functional, and quality controls.
• Process & Data Documentation: Reliable recording and documentation of production data according to process specifications as well as an active contribution to meeting schedule and production targets.
• Equipment & Optimization: Responsible handling of tools, materials, and operating resources while complying with safety standards, as well as active support for optimization measures in the production environment.

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• Education & Experience: Completed technical, manual, or comparable basic training as well as practical experience in assembly or production, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Finesse & Precision: Technical understanding, a careful and exact way of working, as well as advantageously experience in handling small parts and optical aids.
• Personality: Motivated, team-oriented, and cheerful personality with high personal responsibility, a structured way of working, and enjoyment of practical manual work.
• IT & Languages: Very good German skills in speaking and writing; basic knowledge of MS-Office and SAP are an advantage.
• Flexibility: Readiness for deployment as well as flexibility regarding shift work and possible overtime.
