In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for a production operator (M/F).

Job description ###

Your mission :

• Ensure the adjustment, startup, and operation of production equipment in accordance with current procedures
• Perform manufacturing operations while respecting quality, safety, and productivity requirements
• Carry out visual, dimensional, and documentary controls of the produced parts
• Monitor the proper functioning of the machines and report any anomaly or production drift
• Participate in first-level maintenance operations as well as maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation
• Guarantee the traceability of the operations performed and compliance with manufacturing standards
• Collaborate closely with production teams and support services in order to ensure an optimal production flow
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the optimization of manufacturing processes

Profile ###

Desired profile :

• Proven experience in an industrial or production environment
• Technical training, automated machine operator, or an equivalent title, an asset
• Mastery of quality controls and ease with common measuring instruments
• Sensitivity to safety rules, quality, and good manufacturing practices
• Rigorous, autonomous person with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good analytical capacity and reactivity to production unforeseen events
• Team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to invest long-term within the company
• Good knowledge of French (minimum B2)
• Available to work in shift patterns (2x8, 3x8, or 4x8 according to production needs)
