• Team Lead: You lead, motivate, and coach your 10-person workshop team at eye level
• Pivot Point: You plan and coordinate the daily work orders efficiently.
• Process Optimizer: You maintain our quality and safety standards and make good processes even better.
• Sparring Partner: You support your team with technical questions and stand by them with advice and action.

What you bring with you

• Basis: A completed apprenticeship as Schreiner/in EFZ and sound experience in window construction.
• Tech-Mindset: Ideally, you are familiar with AVOR and ERP systems or are eager to dive into them.
• Leadership: Initial leadership experience and the ability to inspire a team.
• Doer Mentality: You think solution-oriented, organize in a structured manner, and enjoy taking responsibility.
