Construction Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical, administrative, and organizational management of construction sites
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the various stakeholders throughout the projects
• Conduct feasibility studies and participate in project preparation
• Manage calls for tenders, bids, and contract awards
• Prepare and follow up on building permit applications
• Develop execution files, plans, and technical details
• Guarantee compliance with defined costs, deadlines, and quality standards

Profile

• CFC as a building draughtsman completed by training as a construction manager, ES technician, or a title deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in construction management within an architecture firm, a general contractor, or a total contractor in Switzerland
• Mastery of construction processes and the various execution phases
• Excellent organizational, anticipation, and priority management skills
• Ability to effectively coordinate the different trades
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and team spirit
