Concrete Machine Operator (m/f)

For one of our customers, we are looking for a Concrete Machine Operator (m/f).

Your future tasks:

• You independently operate and monitor the on-site concrete plant.
• You produce various types of concrete according to specified recipes, especially concrete for fair-faced concrete components.
• You monitor the concrete quality, carry out the intended controls, and document them.
• You coordinate concrete production with the foreman and the construction management.
• You monitor material stocks and independently and timely order gravel, cement, and additives.
• You clean, care for, and maintain the plant and recognize as well as report malfunctions early.
• You maintain production and operational records using the plant software.
• You provide flexible support for general construction site work when the concrete plant is not in operation.
• Profile
• You have at least two years of experience in operating a concrete plant.
• You bring practical experience in the production and mixing of fair-faced concrete.
• You have technical understanding and a strong awareness of quality.
• You bring IT skills and are confident in handling computer-controlled plants.
• You work independently, carefully, and reliably.
• You are flexible and willing to work on the construction site during downtime of the concrete plant.
• You are a team player and coordinate well with the construction site personnel.
• You mandatory possess a driving license of category B.
