Plant Operator EFZ (m/f/d)

For a client from the industrial production sector, we are looking for a plant operator (m/f/d) to support ongoing manufacturing operations. The position is located in a technically oriented environment where safe handling of machines, plants, and production processes is expected. As a personnel partner, we accompany the entire application process and establish contact with an experienced client company. The focus is on a reliable way of working, technical understanding, and the readiness to carefully monitor and control production processes.

Tasks

• You operate and monitor production plants reliably and carefully during the ongoing manufacturing process.
• You ensure that machines and plants are properly set up and ready for operation.
• You control the production process and react early to malfunctions or deviations.
• You perform simple quality controls and pay attention to consistent manufacturing standards.
• You support cleaning, setup, and maintenance work on the plants in the production environment.
• You document workflows, production data, and special occurrences in a traceable manner.

Profile

• You have technical understanding and can operate production plants safely.
• You work in a concentrated, responsible manner and maintain an overview even during ongoing production.
• Ideally, you bring experience in machine or plant operation.
• You are ready to work reliably and in a structured manner in an industrial environment.
• You are characterized by teamwork as well as a careful and practical way of working.
• You are willing to learn and can quickly familiarize yourself with technical workflows and production processes.
