Group Leader Ventilation

You will lead a group in the field of ventilation and be responsible for ventilation systems from planning to the supervision of installation in commercial, industrial, and pharmaceutical environments.

Tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of the group
• Responsibility for ventilation systems from planning to the supervision of installation
• Renovation and optimization of existing ventilation systems in commercial, industrial, and pharmaceutical environments
• Professional, competent, and solution-oriented customer advice
• Participation in construction meetings with clients, architects, and planners
• Coordination of internal and external processes for a smooth project workflow

Profile

• Professional experience in building services planning
• Experience in the execution of ventilation systems, planning knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in leading and further developing a team
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good MS-Office skills, SAP skills are an advantage
• CAD experience as well as knowledge in BIM is an advantage

Offer

• Workload 80-100%
• 3–6 months interim, then permanent employment
