Your tasks

• You start and end your working day at the headquarters in Zürich-Oerlikon and drive with your own vehicle to the various properties throughout the city of Zürich.
• You carry out commissioning as well as maintenance and repair work on buildings, systems, and furniture and ensure the operational readiness of the properties.
• You undertake technical maintenance tasks and independently carry out repairs as well as minor renovation work within your own area of responsibility and operate technical systems according to clear specifications.
• You process orders in the order management system (SVM) including time and material recording and support transports, moves, and clearances.
• You carry out safety and control rounds, undertake simple cleaning work if required, and initiate measures in the event of pest infestation.
• You provide professional guidance to employees from integration and employment programs and support them in everyday work.

Your profile

• Completed manual-technical training (e.g., Fachfrau/Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ) or equivalent qualification as well as driving license Cat. B
• Sound practical and implementation experience in property maintenance or in a comparable manual-technical environment
• Manual skills in various trades as well as basic knowledge of safety, cleaning, and technical systems
• Basic knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with IT systems for building and property management
• Good oral and written German skills (at least level B2, ideally C1)
• Independent, reliable, and resilient personality with high commitment as well as openness in dealing with people from different cultures and team-oriented, appreciative communication
