Tire Technician 80 - 100 %

Introduction

Do you love manual work, stay cool even during peak seasons, and like to roll up your sleeves? As a Tire Technician 80-100%, you will professionally mount tires, ensure safety on the road, and reliably and customer-orientedly support our team in the workshop.

Tasks

• Tire/wheel changes on cars and light commercial vehicles (summer/winter changes)
• Mounting/dismounting of tires on rims including balancing
• Check, learn, and program RDKS/TPMS
• Secure tightening of wheel bolts with a torque wrench; final inspection, test drive if necessary
• Condition check of tires/wheels (tread depth, air pressure, damage) and advising customers
• Storage in the wheel hotel including cleaning, labeling, and systemic recording
• Order & cleanliness in the workshop, maintenance of equipment and compliance with safety regulations (SUVA)
• Support with wheel alignment and smaller service works (depending on experience/introduction)

Profile

• Experience as a tire technician / tire fitter or completed EBA/manual training is an advantage
• Physically resilient (frequent lifting/carrying), careful and reliable
• Technical/manual skill and enjoyment of teamwork as well as direct customer contact
• German in spoken and written form; other languages are an advantage
• Driver's license Cat. B (for driving/transfers)
• Willingness for overtime in the season (autumn/spring), occasional Saturday shifts
• High safety and quality orientation; precise, clean way of working
