Application and Service Technician

The Position

• You program and set up modern CNC turning machines and turn-mill centers for demanding customer components and advise customers on tool selection
• You carry out machine acceptances with customers (FAT and SAT) and ensure a smooth production start
• With technical understanding, you provide support in programming and optimize existing manufacturing processes
• You train users in the daily use of the machines and actively contribute to the buildup of know-how
• If required, you support the service team with maintenance and repair assignments directly at customer sites and contribute to high machine availability

Your Profile

• You have completed basic training as a polymechanic or a comparable technical training
• You must bring production experience as well as sound knowledge in the CNC environment
• You work confidently with SIEMENS or FANUC controls and ideally also know a CAD/CAM system
• You have already gained initial experience as a service technician or want to develop specifically in this direction
• Very good French skills as well as a basic understanding of German; English skills are a plus
