Workload: 100 %

Working model: 3-shift system (early / late / night - Monday to Friday, weekends free!)

Job Description

• Production: Active participation in the manufacture, shaping and packaging of finest chocolate specialties.
• Equipment maintenance: Supporting the team in setting up, operating and retooling the modern production and packaging machines.
• Quality & hygiene check: Continuous monitoring of processes and strict adherence to high quality and hygiene regulations (food standard).

Desired Profile

• Readiness: You are absolutely ready for work in the weekly rotating 3-shift model (early, late and night shift).
• Mobility: You own a car and a driver's license, as shift changes sometimes lie outside of public transport schedules.
• Language skills: Solid German skills. A good A2 is the minimum, ideally you are at level B1/B2 to implement working instructions and recipes without problems.
• Experience: Initial professional experience in food production or in an industrial environment is a big plus.
• Personality: Reliable, team player, physically fit and with a strong sense of cleanliness.
