Foreman Flat Roof (m/f/d)

Tasks ###

• Independent management and organization of flat roof construction sites
• Technical leadership and coordination of the construction site team
• Execution of professional plastic waterproofing
• Waterproofing of flat roofs with bituminous waterproofing membranes
• Planning of daily workflows and reporting
• Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements ###

• Completed training in construction and several years of professional experience in the flat roof sector
• Experience in team leadership or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Technical flair as well as an independent and reliable way of working
• Organizational talent, teamwork and sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills and the willingness for further training
• Driver's license Category B
