Site Manager

Our Fribourg team is looking to expand its team.

As part of our new building construction projects, we wish to recruit a TCE site manager.

Missions: Site Manager ###

What will your missions be as a Site Manager?

• Plan, award, organize and coordinate the work of our building construction projects in the canton of Fribourg
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality.
• Supervise teams on site and ensure fluid communication between the various stakeholders (authorities, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.).
• Monitor the progress of the work and guarantee compliance with current safety standards.
• Manage the administrative, contractual and financial aspects of the construction sites, including site meetings, invoicing and budget monitoring.

Requirements: Site Manager ###

What are your skills as a Site Manager?

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture or site management or training deemed equivalent.
• Proven experience in site management (minimum 3 years) and in the construction field.
• Ability to manage several subjects simultaneously.
• Good experience in TCE.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and team spirit.
• Knowledge of current standards and regulations.
• Good knowledge of digital tools
• Rigor, organization, flexibility, a good mindset
• Good practice of German is a plus
