We are looking for a committed personality as an Operations Mechanic*. Modern production facilities, varied technical challenges, and exciting optimization projects characterize the daily work routine. What you move

• Ensuring smooth operation of our production facilities through maintenance, repair, and service work
• Analysis of malfunctions as well as initiation of sustainable and effective solutions
• Collaboration during the commissioning of new systems and machines
• Support in the optimization of existing systems and active participation in shaping improvements
• Coordination of external service technicians as well as cooperation with suppliers and technical specialists
• Creation of maintenance lists and maintenance instructions
• Ensuring the availability of spare parts
• Active participation in projects for the further development of our production facilities

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further education
• Specialization: as a mechanic, automotive, agricultural machinery, poly, or plant mechanic
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience ideally in facility maintenance
• Joy in technology as well as in troubleshooting and sustainable problem-solving
• Readiness for shift, on-call, and weekend services in a 7-day operation
• High level of commitment and physical resilience
• Independent, reliable, and careful way of working
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented mindset
• German (B1)
