Your future areas of responsibility

• Execution of maintenance work on HVAC systems and structural facilities
• Ensuring the operation and maintenance of the building infrastructure as well as building envelopes
• First intervention in the event of malfunctions, operational interruptions, and safety-relevant events
• Carrying out inspection rounds and maintaining plant documentation
• Participation in the continuous optimization of systems

Your skills and competencies

• Completed vocational training in the field of building technology EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in the field of building maintenance
• Experience or authorization in the electrotechnical field (NIV Art. 15) is an advantage
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Good IT user knowledge
• Team-oriented action and thinking
• High flexibility

Languages

Fluent German skills (written and oral) as well as French skills.
